Len was the designer hired by our general contractor on a major remodel we did on our house. We added a 950 sq. ft. bonus area and bathroom as a second story on a house originally built a single story. As far as the basics, he was always punctual and professional during the project. As far as design talent, Len really helped my wife and I work through what we knew we wanted and what was architecturally possible.
